New: the assistant that reads your technical data sheets
See a bath going out of spec before it does.
laboAI replaces Excel and paper logs for pretreatment bath checks. It reads the trends and your technical data sheets, and alerts operators and the quality manager days before a parameter goes out of limits.

Catching it late is expensive.
With laboAI you see it days earlier. And so does the quality manager.
Parts to reworkA bath out of limits for a whole shift means parts to repaint or scrap.
Customer complaintsA defect that reaches the customer becomes a complaint, an 8D and a visit to your plant.
Audit findingsIncomplete records and missing signatures are among the first findings in an IATF 16949 or CQI-12 audit.
Your technical data sheets, turned into alerts.
Upload the documents for a line or a single tank. Every day, laboAI checks them against your readings and alerts you when a value drifts from what the supplier specifies, citing the page.

What the technician knows, the whole line knows.
Today, bath know-how lives in a few people’s heads and in suppliers’ binders. With laboAI it belongs to everyone: on every shift, in every plant, even when people move on.

Free acid in the phosphating bath is rising. What should I do?
Check the accelerator first: if it’s below 2.5 pt, the ratio shifts. Then correct with the neutraliser specified in the work instruction and recheck after 30 minutes.

The same rules on every shiftThe night shift works to the same instructions as the day shift, and every plant to the group’s.

Frequently asked questions
Do we have to ditch our current Excel sheets?
No. You start by entering today’s values, tank by tank, just as you would on the form. We import your spreadsheet history for you.
Who owns the data, and where is it stored?
You do. It’s stored on servers in the European Union, you can export it whenever you like, and you decide who sees it, including your chemical supplier.
Does it work with products from different suppliers?
Yes. laboAI isn’t owned by any supplier: each tank has its own product, whoever makes it.
Who receives the alerts?
Whoever you choose: shift operator, shift supervisor, quality manager, supplier’s technician. Everyone can see who has read the alert and who has acknowledged it.
How long does it take to get started?
A line takes an afternoon to set up, on your own or with our support.
Does it connect to probes and PLCs?
Yes. You can start with manual entry alone; whenever you’re ready, laboAI reads values straight from your probes and PLCs.
